Description
Nagant Model 1891 7.62×54 antique rifle. Produced at the Tula Arsenal in 1894. Still has the finger rest behind the trigger guard. It was captured by the Germans during World War I and is marked Deutsches Reich on the stock. It was sold to the Finns and has SA on the barrel. Only the bolt serial number matches. The bore has strong rifling and is dark in the grooves. The wood is good with no cracks. Original rod. Good-very good overall. Very seldom seen!
