Description
This is a rare German double barrel cartridge target pistol. The barrel is marked with F. Esser V. Haarhaus. We believe they were retail merchants in Elberfeld in the Russian Rhine Province. The pistol has an underlever opener and triggers with adjustment screws. The gun is beautifully engraved and extensively gold lined inlaid. Stocks are fine checkered. The barrel measures at 8.5 and the overall is 15.5 long. Gun has cocking indicators and mint bores. It is a .38 caliber. This is an unusual and very well made target pistol!
